Welcome to our website, I hope that it gives you a feel of our school. The school provides education for the children of the local community and the surrounding area having an enviable location over-looking Morecambe Bay in the lovely South Lakeland town of Grange-over-Sands.

The school is a C of E (Controlled) Primary School, with a strong link to our local church St Paul’s, although all children are welcome and religious education is non-denominational. Our philosophy and ethos reflect Christian values and we have well behaved, motivated and confident children who think of others and are keen to learn.

Grange CE School is a place where children really matter and every individual’s ability is recognised, developed and rewarded. We know that happy children make better progress. Our dedicated and forward thinking staff are committed to providing the best for every pupil and we take a pride in the good relationships we have with parents.

The school is situated on the hill above the town and has a large sports field, plus two playgrounds and a grassed play area with large equipment. In addition there is a wild area and a garden where the children can grow their own plants. The school has a purpose built nursery class with a covered resourced teaching area for the nursery and reception classes.

Grange CE School is well equipped with educational materials, ICT facilities and resources for PE.

We have an after school club known as Kids’ Club and a breakfast club for parents who need wrap around care for their children.

Should you wish to visit the school to see our excellent facilities please do not hesitate to contact the office, or pop in. We will be happy to see you. I look forward to meeting you and working together for the benefit of your child.
