Rubbish Rebels Challenge

by Joanne on June 28, 2017

Year 5 were very lucky to have a visit from Frankie, who works for the Cumbria Action for Sustainability, she came in to introduce us to the Rubbish Rebels Challenge. The aim is to reduce the amount of waste generated in school and at pupils’ homes.

The families of every pupil at the schools are invited to make pledges to cut down on waste, with points for every pledge made. The school with the most points wins a grand prize of £500! Every family taking part will also be entered into a draw to win a prize for the family.

If you visit the website below, you will have the opportunity to make  your own home pledges. You just need to sign in with your name, email and school special word which is: teddy.

Please ensure you pick Grange CofE Primary School, South Lakes, so we can get as many points as possible.
