At Grange Church of England Primary School, spirituality is about helping children discover who they are, understand their place in the world, and form meaningful relationships with others and, for many, with God.
Rooted in our Christian vision and values of Love, Hope and Trust, we encourage every child to Achieve, Believe and Care, enabling them to flourish academically, personally and spiritually.
We believe spirituality is for everyone, whatever their faith, background or beliefs. It grows through everyday experiences: moments of reflection, acts of kindness, encounters with beauty, and a sense of awe and wonder about the world around us.
Situated within the stunning landscape of Morecambe Bay, we encourage children to develop a deep sense of wonder, gratitude and responsibility for the world around them, recognising both the beauty of creation and their role within it.

Windows, Mirrors and Doors
We use the simple model of Windows, Mirrors and Doors to help children develop spiritually.
Look Out (Windows)
Encounter new experiences, wonder at the world and explore big ideas.
Look In (Mirrors)
Reflect on their feelings, beliefs, values and experiences.
Step Forward (Doors)
Respond through action, showing kindness, courage and care for others.
Children respond by putting their values into action through kindness, courage, compassion and service to others.
